Calvin is a reformed delinquent and underachieving student in Anatali Academy's DETH program. Product of a wealthy family, he was pressured to attend a university after narrowly surviving the destruction of Nome, Alaska. His older bother, Trent, is also aboard Anatali Station and meddles in his affairs.

Calvin's social life has become complicated. Despite the lifestyle of a hopeless recluse, he's gathered an impressive harem of three beautiful classmates. His ex-girlfriend, Pharis, is a resurgent temptress, and his History classmate, Rochelle, is warming to his months-long advances. Two years ago a suspicious clerical error united him with Lillian, his co-ed roommate. While he's genuinely kind and chivalrous, he's also quick to blows and has no special talents.

His past is about to catch up with him. Whether he embraces or fights it, Calvin's screwed.
