Cynthia is bored with life. Raised on Ganymede, she's a ranking member of the government in power. When Cody, her betrothed, was exiled with Chastity, Cynthia was outraged. She spent a fortune tracking the twins to Anatali Station. After taking residence, she's developed an eclectic array of projects to fill her time as she stalks Cody.
She formed a street gang, the Justice, in opposition to the popular vigilante gang, the Knights. Cynthia also spends her time managing and promoting Anatali musical artists such as Lydia. Her wealth and reputation opens many doors for her clients.
Lest we forget, this woman is bat-shit crazy. Her zest for pain and thirst for violence makes her a sociopath on par with the worst of her era, only tempered by a begrudging respect for the law (carried from her century in fascist Ganymede). Even her most loyal supporters face her wrath, though she surrounds herself with lackeys who enjoy a beating.
She and her partner, Glenn, enjoy a master/slave relationship, though it isn't apparent who enjoys it more.
